Fair Winds strives to support communities through drafting hazard and emergency response and recovery plans, continuity of operations planning, exercise support, preparedness services and strategic planning.

Based in Gilliam County, Oregon, we bring a local touch to Emergency Management Planning. Fair Winds can provide as much or as little support as your organization requires. We are capable of running the entire plan writing process, from running stakeholder meetings and reaching out to the public to drafting the final plan and going back and forth with stakeholders and governmental organizations. While capable of providing all hazards support, Fair Winds specializes in fire mitigation and community wildfire protection plans.

Fair Winds Consulting, LLC is a small business owned by a female veteran. We are in the process of obtaining our Women-Owned Business Certification from the State of Oregon.
